The short version: we collect the minimum needed to deliver what you asked for, we never sell it, and you can ask us to delete it any time.

What we collect

• Email address: when you request the free checklist, join a wait-list, or buy something. Used to deliver downloads, receipts, and (if you opted in) roughly one useful email a month.
• Order details: what you bought and when, so we can support you and honour guarantees.
• Shipping details: for physical kits only, collected securely by Stripe at checkout and used solely to ship your order.
• Messages: anything you send through the contact form, so we can reply.

Capsule members

For capsule service we additionally store your capsule code, position, tier, service address (for valet and handback), and the digital manifest of your capsule (contents, quantities, expiry dates, photos at sealing, rotation log). The facility address is intentionally never published on this site; it is shared with you after payment and we ask that you treat it as confidential too.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card number never touches our servers; we receive only a confirmation that payment succeeded, plus the details needed to fulfil your order. Stripe's own privacy policy applies to the checkout process.

What we don't do

• We don't sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Ever.
• We don't run third-party advertising trackers.
• We don't send spam. Every marketing email includes a one-click unsubscribe that works the first time.

Cookies

We use a single session cookie to make forms and downloads work. No cross-site tracking cookies.

Your rights

Email us any time to access or delete the information we hold about you. We comply with Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA) and honour equivalent requests from anywhere.
